Kelso still predicts an upholding of Appeals Court 5-4, with Scalia, Alito, Thomas and Roberts in dissent, and Kennedy writing for the majority. If it goes the other way...well, lots of (ahem) choices: wait for the good ship GOP to go down, watch in horror as Hillary Clinton proclaims herself "pro-life" for 2008 run, run for your lives, or...well, you know what your other choices are.

Some housekeeping here. Lily of losethenoose.blogspot.com has pointed out that Kelso has completely bollixed up his links. Kelso is obviously not as smart as he thinks he is. So, forget all the links. They're screwed up and Kelso doesn't have time to fix them. You all know who the bloggers are and how to get there.

Short-addendum to the disclaimer. Anybody feel like checking out the mortality rates of cigarette smokers, alcohol drinkers, motorcyclists, un-seat-belted high-speed drivers as against the users of drugs? We exclude Crystal Meth, of course, because that drug is bought, sold and paid for by big-pharma considering that its main ingredient is pseudo-ephedrine which is found in every cold medication. Under Republican governemnt, there will ALWAYS be an exception for "TINA" because big pharma is a huge Republican donor.

As for Kelso, he has a terrible allergy to pseudo-ephedrine so he stopped taking over-the-counter remedies years ago, counting on vitamin C and non-pseudo-ephidrinated nasal spray for sinus trouble. Thus, Kelso has never tried "Tina" and never will. Wow! What a moralist.

Perhaps, some Olympic hockey, Int'l baseball tourney stuff and golf tomorrow.
